I am pleased to announce that the Corporate Services business of Marque d’Or is joining Carswell, a division of Thomson Reuters Canada Limited, part of the global Thomson Reuters Corporation. You may already be familiar with Carswell, Canada’s leading provider of intelligent information solutions to the legal, finance and human resources markets.

Our Corporate Services team will continue to operate under the Marque d’Or brand, and is excited to be joining Carswell since it will allow us to grow our product and service offerings as we continue to meet your needs.  Additionally, as part of the Carswell team, Marque d’Or will partner with Cyberbahn, a leader in providing corporate and litigation services in Ontario, to bring the best of both businesses to our customers. Joining our incorporations, corporate name searches, document retrieval and corporate records services with Carswell’s market-leading legal products and litigation workflow solutions will expand the suite of products we can make available to you.

We are committed to maintaining and expanding the high-quality product offerings and customer service that you have come to expect from Marque d’Or and are confident in the shared value we can bring to your organization.  I am pleased to advise that your existing client service reps will continue in their roles with Marque d'Or and you should continue to contact them for all orders and inquiries. I am also pleased that the Marque d’Or management team, Marc Guénette, Rachel Bélanger, Josée Lacroix and I, will continue to lead the Marque d’Or Corporate Services team.

Our trademark and translation services will continue to operate as a separate business under the Onscope brand. I am pleased to advise you that Lisa Saltzman will continue to lead the trademark operation and Sylvain Neuvel will continue to lead the translation team. You should continue to contact your existing client service team for orders and inquiries moving forward.
