We no longer charge fees to advance you the government disbursements for any of our services.

Credit and Payment Terms and Conditions

Professionals, jurists, accountants, trade-mark agents and other frequent users can open an account with us and get a limited line of credit, subject to respecting the net 30-day payment conditions.

Guarantee

All our products are completely guaranteed. A dissatisfied client can obtain a credit note or request the replacement of the products sold.

Prices

Unless otherwise provided, our invoice displays all before taxes.invoice displays a breakdown of the prices.

Production Time Frame

Orders for seals, minute books and other products and legal supplies usually take 2 hours to execute; in cases of emergencies, they can be done in half an hour on request.

Free Pick-Up

We assume the charges for picking-up, anywhere in Quebec, your documents to be filed with the governments. This service is free of charge even if the government fees have not been paid in advance.

Delivery

Starting this September 2^nd, we will add shipping fees to a limited number of our products.  However, article pickups as well as the delivery of articles, certified copies, attestations and certificates of good standing, compliance and products included within a family of service such as a minute book included with the purchase of a pre-incorporated company (Preco^tm), a minute book included with the purchase of an incorporation via the Comstat^tm will remain completely free of shipping charges throughout all of Québec.

Here is a summary of the new fees which may no apply to certain products:

When shipping delay is not judged to be critical, Marque d’or reserves the right to select the most appropriate form of shipping, especially but not limited to, the consequence of the weight of the goods shipped.

Interests

Interest of 1.5% will be charged on any overdue account.
