Verification and Filing of Articles

VERISTATTM Service

MARQUE D'ORTMwill arrange to pick up articles and other documents you wish to file with the governments. Our free pick-up service has been extended to the whole province of Quebec. Upon reception, your documents are carefully verified to ensure that they do not contain any technical discrepancy that may delay their registration.

If we find a discrepancy, we advise you immediately by phone or e-mail and we make the corrections according to your instructions. When required by the government, we ensure that the company or the corporation is up to date with respect to its registration and annual returns and declarations. Upon reception at our offices, any certificate or document issued by the government is sent to you by fax or by e-mail and then delivered to you by messenger, free of charge. Priority service for provincial companies calls for a 50% increase of the regular government fees charged, or $39.50 where no regular government fees are charged, and we charge an additional $47 for our fees. An additional minimum fee of $20 is charged when corrections are made.

TELESTATTM Service (fédéral)

Our TELESTATTM service will help you incorporate a federal corporation even if your original articles are not yet with the Director in Ottawa. Send us your documents before 4pm and we can ask that the filing date written on the certificate be that of the same day. The certificate is delivered to you by messenger (TELESTATTM one-way) or by fax or email the day it is issued by the Director (TELESTATTM two ways). When tomorrow is too late and the date of the certificate must be today, our TELESTATTM service is the perfect solution.
